  Excellent service..
  Great food..
  Every time we visit.
  Jessica the Manager really impressed me today. We came in with 14 propel during a busy time and she was professional and really took care of us.
  Will be back for sure.

  I went with my two kids and we were seated. Our waitress came to the table to take our order. She wasn't very knowledgeable about what was in the food but oh well. We get our drinks and that was the last time we saw her!!
  
  I got up to take my kids to the restroom and when I get back the table was cleared! We get drinks again from the busboy. My drink is empty before my food and still no waitress!
  
  Food arrives but they messed up the pizza and forgot to add pepperoni. So it goes back. The rest of us have food but no UTENSILS! I'm waiting for our waitress because surely she will check on us and remedy the situation. Nope. Some other person finally brings back the corrected pizza and then I'm able to ask for utensils and refills.
  
  I'm trying to enjoy my evening with my kids but this whole experience is so annoying that I let the hostess know. She tells the manager who makes her way to me. I tell her everything that just happened and she "Yeah she got a big 20 top." As if that excused it. I don't care what happened to her, give our table to another server. Poor management and poor service. Then the manager says "Don't worry I'm going to give you a discount."
  
  Bill comes and she gave my $5 off. Haha are you kidding? Big disappointment

  We love going to Oggis but this review is for ordering take out. I do not recommend ordering food to go here. I've ordered food to go two times and both times the food wasn't prepared or ready on time.
  The first time when I arrived they hadn't even started my order. They were scrambling to make the food and I waited over 20 minutes. No apology nothing.
  We decided to give them another try so I ordered to go again. When I placed my order over the phone I asked that they confirm it would be ready on time, because of my last experience. They assured me it would indeed be ready before 4:30pm. We drove up and the food wasn't ready. I had my son in the car with his father waiting. This resulted in a full meltdown because we had to wait again. Again, no sorry nothing.
  We love the restaurant but I'd never order to go again. They seem to lack organization.

  I had high hopes for Oggi's since I'm always smelling their food when I'm in the area. I ordered our table the chicken quesadillas for an appetizer, and oh-my-god they're delicious! They are stuffed full of chicken and stringy cheese when you pull them apart. We got the tomato on the side, and it was still to die for. We decided to share the March Madness Pizza, and I guess we didn't read the description well enough because it was packed with goat cheese, and normally we aren't fans of goat cheese; however, this pizza was good. Even bad pizza is good pizza, right?

  Ordered the new Chicken Bahn Mi, by far the worst Bahn mi I've had in a while!  They drowned the chicken in the sauce and instead of thin sliced jalapeno they put whole thick sliced one. Not only the sandwich was bland, also too spicy!
